JOB OBJECTIVE:
We are hiring Shop Managers to manage our Startimes Shops daily in office Operations, Sales Volume, Customer queries and Complaints. The Correspondent will also be asked to process sales, modifications on customers’ accounts, solving and escalating complex complaints across a number of communication channels. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s Operational Manual, Customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales volume and growth of the shop
- Stock taking and cash management at the shop
- Oversee all activities related to the shop in accordance to the company policies and procedures
- Ensure that the shop is always clean and tidy
- Supervision and performance management of CSR’s
- Deal with customer directly and deal with any customer that may be escalated by CSR’s as necessary
- Ensure that all equipments and devices in the shop are in good working order
- Ensure that there are enough materials in the shop for effective running (stationery, cleaning materials, etc.)
- Communicate any problems or issues to upper management or other departments
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for upper management
- Ensure that any correspondence received is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner
- Schedule and chair meetings as appropriate (daily, weekly or monthly)
- Monitor business volumes in the shop and organize staff schedules accordingly
- Groom, motivate and manage all staffs in the shop for business result
- Customer satisfaction
- And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business related field
- Experience in managing shops, stores or retail business is an added advantage
- Computer skills (basic knowledge)
- Sales skills required
